Uncapping Device for Honeycombs 1 m with Deep Basket
The uncapping table is designed to offer maximum convenience for the operator when uncapping honeycomb frames. A special feature of this design is the adjustable legs, which allow the table height to be adjusted to suit the user's height.
The table consists of:

a tank,

a basket,

a frame, and a wooden crossbar with a needle.
Depending on the order, the table can be additionally equipped with a frame holder for uncapping and a lid.

The tank and basket are made of stainless steel, and the frame is made of profiled metal tubing.

The tank bottom is sloped toward the drain tap.

The basket is placed at one end inside the tank.

A wooden crossbar with a needle or frame holder is mounted above the basket to support the frame during uncapping.

The cut wax cappings (cappings) collect in the basket, which is emptied periodically.

Frames prepared for extraction are hung inside the tank, starting from the opposite side.

Honey flows from the cut combs and cappings along the bottom toward the tap.

The tap is made of stainless steel.
