Dry yeast for wine. Rapid and complete fermentation of white, pink, red and sparkling wines.
The contents of the packet dissolved in 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 35 º C. Leave for 20 minutes, then add the wine stock.
Dose: 10 to 35L.
