Automatic 6/12 frame extractor with self-rotating cassettes is entended for taking out bee honey from uncapping honey frames under the action of centrifugal force.
The speciality of this extractor is rotor carcass, welded from shaped tube, it doesn't have the dividing in the top part, that is more comfortable during loading and unloading. Rotor of such construction also takes better the disbalance from unequal frames by weight, resiliently compensates it, the vibrational motions are passed less to the extractor, as a result it becomes more steady.
Electric drive is a gear motor mounted on the extractor's shaft below. Electric motor power supply is 24 W of direct current, can be done from alternating current system 220 W through the transformer rectifier unit, which is set in the extractor's lower part, or from two in series accumulators 12 W. Cassettes with frames are automatically set inoperative radially inboard and turn during the extractor's rotor spinning on one or another part depending on rotor spinning direction. Extractor operation is set by appropriate pinch on the display unit. The extractor can be work manually or automatically.

For automatically extractor operation you should to choose one of the programme on the display unit (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6). Rotation speed, turning number and also pump - down time are programmed at the manufacturer and it is unchanged every programme. After the rotation is finished in one of the sides, as in manual mode, the delay 22 seconds is in operation. |

Attention! During work from mains 220W for prevention of accidental short sircuit of fuse (safeguard) breakdown it is necesary to detach wires from connection laedouts 24W (during work from mains 220W to the set leadouts are given 24W).
Intruction: during the extractor work it is neccesary to keep rules of work performance with honey pumping, as follows, it is neccessary to pump dpwn the part of honey from one cell side on the slow, the other is on quick turn.
The direction of rotor spinning is ahead by lower rib of frame.
1. To change the direction of rotation (push button " Forward"/ "Backward") is impossible till the rotor completely stops. It can cause engine lugging and cause its breakdown.
2. When choosing manual mode it is neccessary to begin from everage turnovers (not from red line)
3. When using the voltage generator unit in the capacity of power supply it is neccessary to switch into cirtnit additional load ) for example, the lamp with a capociy 100...150 watt)
