AUTOMATIC 4/8 FRAME EXTRACTOR

Automatic 4/8 frame extractor is intended for taking out bee honey from uncapping honey frames under the action of centrifugal force. Extractor is consist of a drum with a drain tap and tops from plexiglas, a leg, electric drive, a rotor with cassettes, display unit. Extractor rotor sets in motion with the help of a drive belting from electric motor, which is located from the botton. Electric motor supply is 12 W of direct current can be from the main of alternating current 220 W (there is rectiformer in the display unit for that, there is connector cord for connecting) or from the accumulator 12 W (below the display unit there are 2 outputs with bungs).
Cassettes with frames are automatically set inoperative radically inboard and turn in rotarymode of extractor`s rotor in that or another side depending on direction of rotor rotation. The extractor operation is set by relevant pinches on the display unit. It can work in automatic mode (7 programs) or in manual mode.
 

 Notice: The electric motor is set at this product with following table characteristics: 
                   - productivity, 300 W  
                   - 2000 rotations per minute during connection 24W, and nominal power.
                   During decreasing electric potential to 12W the productivity and ratations fall to required in the table.
 

Extractor operation in manual mode (Р0)

Speed, direction and rotation time in this mode are set manually on the control box console with help of relevant pinches. After the rotation is over in one of sides or pushing a button "stop" is realized 10 seconds dwell after hitch, when the button indicator "stop" light, it will be access to further work with console - for example switching - on the reverse or entrance into the grogram menu.

Extractor operation in automatic mode

For extractor operation in automatic mode. It is neccessary to choose one of seven programs on the console box. Rotation speed, turn quantity and also pump-downtime, which is programmed at the manufacturing enterprise, if it is neccessary you can make changes for each program info the program mode. When the turning in one of side will be finished, as in manual program, there is 20 seconds hold.
