The honey is slowly stirred in a special device for more than 72 hours, breaking its crystalline structure and resulting in a soft, smooth, creamy consistency. This type of honey is easy to spread on bread, does not drip, and has gentle, pleasant flavour nuances appreciated by any gourmet. Children especially enjoy its taste and texture.
