Creamed honey is made from multifloral honey harvested in Latgale. The honey is slowly mixed in a honey creamer for more than 72 hours, breaking its crystalline structure and creating a soft, smooth, and uniform creamy consistency. This type of honey is easy to spread on bread, does not drip, and has gentle, pleasant flavour notes appreciated by any gourmet. It is especially loved by children.
